AVT Systems provide an extensive range of professional services from our highly trained and experienced technical team. These services are available as a resource independent of whether or not we supplied your original products.
We do not believe in providing just the list of 'stock' services, so if you require any additional specialist voice services or additional features within any of the services offered, you will find that we are more than happy to accomodate your requirements, no matter how bespoke they may be.

Maintenance
We provide support and maintenance on the full range of AVT’s portfolio including legacy recording systems. We can undertake complete management of any or all of your voice systems and even provide permanent on-site engineers. We also carry out handset repair
Installations
All solutions provided within the AVT portfolio can be installed by AVT's experienced technical team. We will carry out your system moves and changes (MACs), and can provide a full cabling service.
Professional Services
Our experienced senior technical team can efficiently manage all aspects of any installation or move from a single system to a complete building move. We provide specialist voice consultancy and training.
Media Services
Copying, reproducing, downloading or uploading from all media for legal and compliance purposes. All formats handled including DDS, DAT, DVD, PD, VXA, AIT, hard drive (PC), compact cassette.
Rental
AVT can supply anything from our portfolio (PBX, dealer systems, voice recorders) for almost any period. Rental is backed up and supported by our highly experienced technical team.
