Training

From the provision of call centre agent and supervisors' user courses to technical 1st line, administrator or full site support, AVT can provide the most effective and efficient courses either at our offices or on the customer's site. We can provide 'train the trainer' or a full bespoke training service. All our trainers are trained by the manufacturer and annually assessed in order to attain the requisite accreditation to ensure that the quality of the training is up to date and up to standard.
