When I first spoke to AVT, we were using a trading and voice recording system which the manufacturers were keen for us to replace with new equipment.

AVT were able to take over the support of both systems, providing fully qualified engineers, enabling us to extend the operational life of the system, and to accommodate additional personnel.

Extending the life of our equipment not only saved us money on buying a new system, but the support charges from AVT were considerably lower than we had previously paid.  Service responses were also significantly improved.

Subsequently, AVT have assisted us with the choice of replacement communications systems, including product appraisal, installation, user instruction and ongoing support.  AVT also recently took over management of our telephone lines, generating significant operational savings.
