Media download services

Copying, reproducing, downloading or uploading from all media for legal and compliance purposes.  All formats handled including DDS, DAT, DVD, PD, VXA, AIT, hard drive (PC), compact cassette or most other media and external storage devices.  We can also provide advanced search facility with KWS (Key word search) for post record word or individual searching.

Media services can be provided as a total service, including collection of your media, management of downloading the required information to the return of your media and call records (usually in .wav format on CD or DVD). As your data never leaves AVT's control, there is no danger of your valuable tapes being lost in the post, or mishandled by carriers. We will also provide full reports of what was found which can be used as evidence if required. If you are worried about the sensitivity of your data, we can even set up systems in a private room in our office for you to bring your media to and extract the required calls yourself.

If you would rather control the process yourself, or cannot let your media leave your site, then AVT can provide equipment and resource for you to provide the same service at your premises.
