Maintenance & support 
Support and maintenance on the full range of AVT’s portfolio. A wide variety of contracts available from 40 minute through to 4 hour response, available 24/7 and Nationwide. Full bespoke contracts available with added services including power downs and regular preventative system checks built in to your SLA. All maintenance is recorded on AVT’s WMS (Work management system) which gives complete transparency and provides a complete auditable record of our support response. All our engineers are trained by the appropriate manufacturers.
System management
We will undertake complete management of any or all of your voice systems, including on-site staff to perform 1st and 2nd line support, replay and media management services, desktop MAC’s, 3rd line manufacturer escalation and liaison and integration resolution. All staff are backed up and supported by AVT's technical team ensuring a wealth of experience is available to your company at all times.
Permanent on-site engineers
Dedicated system specialists to work on your site and look after individual voice systems from our portfolio within your team and working to your hours. All personnel covered in the event of holidays and sickness. AVT's experience with voice systems within business critical environments ensures that we provide quality experienced technical staff that understand the importance of your business needs.
Handset repair
A wide range of PBX and dealer handsets can be repaired and refurbished. Handsets are one of the most regularly used and abused items within your office environment. Whether it be a standard or executive handset or a city trader's handset, AVT's repair and return service can save your company significant capital outlay every year. Repair contracts with suitable SLAs are also available.
