All solutions provided within the AVT portfolio can be installed by AVT's experienced technical team. Whether it be a PBX, voice recorder or dealing system, AVT will allocate a technical project manager who will liaise with the client on all aspects of the installation whether it be delivery, scheduling, installation personnel or integration.
Our work management system (WMS) ensures total accountability and transparency in reporting all stages of the installation project to the client. All personnel are trained to the appropriate manufacturer approval levels ensuring that from inception to project sign off you will receive the highest quality delivery and customer service available.
Moves and Changes (MACs)
All voice system installations (PBX, voice recorders and turret systems), system moves and upgrades performed by AVT’s highly qualified, experienced voice technicians. Whether your system MACs need to take place during working hours or in the evenings or weekends AVT's experienced technical team will ensure your projects are successfully completed with full transparency, clear process and rigorous reporting.
Cabling
When you require a one stop solution for all your IT system installation AVT can provide a full cabling service in conjunction with our partners.
Structured Cabling - Systems Integrators for
SYSTIMAX Solutions. All cabling services, from planned systems for a
whole building, to an ad-hoc, one-off 'special' cable.
Data Centre Support Services - these engineers are responsible for the day-to-day patching & installation of kit within a customer Data Centre.
Support Services
- these are engineers who are trained up to CCNA level, or where
required, are working towards their BICSI accreditation. We have both
voice & network trained engineers, who are fully equipped with the
correct tools and test equipment to minimise downtime.
