We provide professional services for the management of all aspects of building trading floors, contact centres and emergency service operation desks. In addition, we also provide white label technical support services for a number of manufacturers and re-sellers of products within our portfolio.

To AVT voice recorder customers, we are delighted to announce that NICE Systems has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of AVT, in particular those involving its NICE recording, compliance and quality management solutions.
This acquisition is an important step forward in NICE's strategy for expanding its leadership of the UK market through an enhancement in its customer and partner support capabilities.
